Welcome to Gisti. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

Gisti is an AI-powered checklist application that helps you transform any content into actionable checklists. Our services include:

• Create via AI: Generate checklists from photos, PDFs, text, links, or voice recordings
• Fill via AI: Auto-fill existing checklists based on new content
• Export: Share your checklists as PDF or plain text

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gisti. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

Gisti uses a device-based identification system. Your data is associated with your device. If you uninstall the app or change devices, your locally stored data may be lost.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Gisti to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
• Use the AI features to generate harmful or misleading content
• Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

Free users have access to limited features, including a maximum number of checklists and AI credits per day.

Premium Subscription

• Premium subscription costs $1.99 per month
• Premium includes unlimited checklists, unlimited fills, 300 AI credits daily, and priority support
• New users receive a 3-day free trial

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription in your app store account settings

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app stores according to their policies.

6. AI-Generated Content

Gisti uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze content and generate checklists. You understand that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated checklists
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of any content you upload to the app

7. Intellectual Property

The Gisti app, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gisti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
• AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
• Your data will never be lost

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gisti. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Gisti at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
